1. What are the benefits of membership to the WWPenclub?

Free membership allows you to recieve email from the members of the WWPenClub. If you join or upgrade to a "mailer" you can send messages to the members up to once every 24 hours. Upgrading to Advertiser membership at $79 per year allows you to send messages twice as frequently plus you can advertise with text and banners using the built in Ad Rotator.

2. How do I send a message to the members?

One you have joined, login and simply select the "Free Mailer" option from the left hand menu, you can then type your message and add links to pictures using the icons available in a similiar way to your personal email, finally press send at the bottom of the window, simple!

3. Can I offer a pen for sale or trade on the web site?
Yes, as long as you abide by the the rules.

4. What is the difference between the Free and Credit Mailer?
Using the mailer you can send your messages to the entire list up to every 24hrs as a member. The credit mailer alows you to send messages more frequently by using credit you have either bought here or earned through the affilliate scheme. (Note) When you join you will be given free credits to try out the system.

5. I cannot find a way to attach picture files to the emails I send, why?
Because of the poential for viruses we only allow members to send links to files within email. If you want to dislpay an image of an item simply add the path/link to the file using the Icon and it will appear for you and the recipients. (See Below)

6. What is 1 credit worth?
1 credit is 1 member of the list you can send an email to or 1 impression of an advert if you have a Advertiser Membership.

7. How can I earn credits?
You can earn credits by referring others to the club through its email system and also by clicking on special links into emails that you receive from the Club. Futhermore credits can also be purchased directly through Paypal by clicking on the link in the navigation menu.

8. What is the Ad Rotation System?
It is a system that rotates banners, text ads, and HTML ads at the bottom of every page of the clubs pages.

9. How does the Ad Rotation System work?
When you add your banner or ad to ARS it will be put in rotation with the ads of other members and will be randomly displayed on the site every time a page is loaded.

10. Who can use the Ad Rotation System?
Every advertiser member of the club can show banners using the Ad Rotation System. If you are a mailer member you can upgrade your account here.

11. What does it cost for my ad to be displayed?
It will cost you 1 mailing credit for every ad or banner impression you get.

12. What kind of banners or ads can I display with ARS?
You can display any ad or banner which is within the subject of writing instruments ink, pencils, paper, accessories, caligraphy, pen conventions, ballpoints, etc.
